Booking and Payment

A deposit of £75.00 is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due 7 days before the event date. Payments can be made via bank transfer. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 5 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will not receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 6 days before the event date will require payment of the full hire fee.

Delivery and Set-Up

We will deliver, set up, and pack down the magic mirror photo booth at your event location. A suitable area with a power source and adequate space is required for the magic mirror photo booth. If we are unable to set up the magic mirror photo booth due to an unsuitable location or lack of access, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be given.

Use of the Magic Mirror Photo Booth

The magic mirror photo booth is for the use of guests at the event only. Any misuse of the magic mirror photo booth or damage caused to it will be the responsibility of the event organizer. We reserve the right to terminate use of the magic mirror photo booth if we deem it necessary due to inappropriate behaviour.

Data Protection

We take data protection seriously and will not share any personal information collected by the magic mirror photo booth with any third party without prior consent.

Liability

We will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the magic mirror photo booth or its use. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that all guests are aware of these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, or industrial action.

As from January 2023 anyone who is hiring a Magic Mirror from The Selfie Station, is accepting to be responsible for any images which are shared on social media with or without consent. We as The Selfie Station are not held responsible if any photos are shared without consent, and by signing this declaration at booking you are agreeing that responsibilities of this act will be yours during the event.
